Cambodia eyes more chambers of commerce

CAMBODIAN businesses will open more chambers of commerce across the Southeast Asian country and overseas to boost private-sector investments, according to a commerce ministry official.

Cambodian Ministry of Commerce Secretary of State Mao Thora told the Khmer Times on Sunday that offices for these chambers would open in Japan, France, Belgium and Canada, and nine officers from private businesses had been selected to run them.
