Red Cross expands anew in Visayas

THE Philippine Red Cross has extended its services in the Visayas with the establishment of three branches in the region.

The three branches are located in Alangalang, under the Leyte Chapter, and in the cities of La Carlota and San Carlos, under the Negros Occidental-Bacolod City Chapter.
