AS the new deputy governor (DG) of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), outgoing Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat will be in charge of the Program Management Office for the new central bank complex in New Clark City.
In a statement over the weekend, the BSP said Romulo-Puyat will be its fifth DG, joining DG Francisco Dakila Jr. of the Monetary and Economic Sector, DG Chuchi Fonacier of the Financial Supervision Sector, DG Mamerto Tangonan of the Payments and Currency Management Sector, and DG Eduardo Bobier of the Corporate Services Sector.
