(UPDATE) POPE Francis has appointed Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle to the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of Sacraments.
Tagle is the second Filipino member of the congregation, also known as dicastery, the other being Archbishop Romulo Valles of Davao whose appointment was renewed by the pope last March.
