The Alliance of Philippine Community Organisations, Inc. (APCO) is defined as a highly dignified tributary system of acknowledgement in celebrating achievements of Filipino-Australian citizens living in New South Wales.

Candidates must have distinguished themselves in selfless, consistent and untiring public service across the realm of the seven arts and its allied services; including, the tri-media, the digital and the new media.
