THE Philippine Stock Exchange snapped its three-day decline on Friday as the index rebounded by 54.57 points to close on a positive note by 0.82 percent to 6,741.40.

Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. chief economist Michael Ricafort and Philstocks Financial Inc. senior research analyst Japhet Tantiangco said positive cues from US markets and news that OPEC+ will increase production by 648,00 barrels per day in July and August helped the local market on Friday's climb.
