UNION Bank of the Philippines has raised P11 billion in new funds after it issued the country's first offering of digital peso bonds.
Despite the volatile rate environment, it said in a statement on Thursday that strong participation from individual and institutional investors resulted in an order book 11 times the initial minimum offer size of P1 billion.
