NEW Clark City (NCC) has reopened its doors for tourism and sports activities over the weekend as the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) welcomed its visitors with a vibrant public event packed with music, art, wellness and everything about living a life well lived.
The "Bike and Run, Weekend Fun!" was highlighted by two cycling events, a fun run, a street concert, and tours of its world-class sports facilities.
