ZAMBOANGA CITY: An improvised explosive went off early Monday evening in Isabela City in the southwestern Mindanao province of Basilan, reports said.
Reports said the powerful explosion occurred inside a bus depot and slightly injured an army soldier who was hit by a piece of debris.
