4 Chinese killed in clash with police

PHILIPPINE National Police (PNP) Officer in Charge LtGen. Vicente Danao Jr. on Tuesday said four suspected Chinese kidnappers who are allegedly involved in the abduction of a fellow Chinese in the Visayas region died during a shootout with police authorities on Monday.

Danao, citing a report from PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) Director BGen. Rudolph Dimas, identified the victim as Lyu Xingou, who was abducted at his garage in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City, on May 25, 2022.
