A SLOW uptick of Covid-19 cases is being experienced in Luzon, including Metro Manila and its adjoining provinces, but the Philippines continues to be under low risk for the virus, the Department of Health (DoH) said on Tuesday.
This comes as cases of the viral disease increased slightly to 1,325 from May 24 to May 30.
