What makes a building compliant to BP 344?

THE Accessibility Law of the Philippines or Batas Pambansa 344 (BP 344) was signed into law on Feb. 25, 1983. Then, in 1994, its implementing rules and regulations (IRR) were amended and it remains in effect to this day.
