THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) urged those questioning the qualification of certain party-list groups that were recently proclaimed winners in the May 9 polls to file the necessary petitions.
The Comelec said this after some groups asked the poll body to examine whether the party-list groups' candidates and nominees accurately reflect the underprivileged sectors.
