TSU to hold F2F graduation rites

TARLAC State University (TSU) will hold limited face-to-face (F2F) graduation rites from June 28 to July 2.

This was recently announced by TSU president Dr. Arnold Velasco, who also said that members of the Board of Regents will serve as guest speakers for the ceremonies.
