SEC OKs Fruitas subsidiary IPO

THE initial public offering (IPO) of Balai ni Fruitas Inc. has received the go signal from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The commission said it resolved to render effective the company's registration statement, which covers up to 1.49 billion common shares on May 24.
