Albanese sworn in as new Australian premier

CANBERRA: Anthony Albanese was sworn in as Australia's new prime minister on Monday and flew to Tokyo for a forthcoming summit with United States President Joe Biden while the counting of votes cast in last Saturday's election continued to determine whether the premier would control a majority in a parliament that is demanding tougher action on climate change.
