Proclamation of winning party-list groups remains uncertain

THE proclamation of the winning 63 party-list groups remains uncertain even as the results of the special elections in Tubaran, Lanao del Norte would have been known, according to the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

'Actually to be more accurate about it, we're looking at either the May 26 or May 27 proclamation,' said Comelec acting spokesman John Rex Laudiangco in a press briefing on Tuesday.
