Valenzuela fishing village eyed as tourist destination

WITH the launching of the Daluyan Souvenir Shop and Daluyan Souvenirs on Wheels, outgoing Valenzuela City Mayor and District 1 Congressman-elect Rexlon 'Rex' Gatchalian said that the Tagalag Fishing Village will become one of the country's famous tourist sites.

He told The Manila Times that the newly inaugurated Daluyan Souvenirs Shop and Daluyan Souvenirs on Wheels aim to further develop the fishing village in Barangay Tagalag that garnered a citation from the 'Galing Pook Awards' last year.
