To work as ambassador or the highest-ranking representative of a country abroad is not an easy task. Truth be told, much is demanded of official envoys in terms of leadership capabilities. They need not only to be strong and steadfast but they have to be multi-faceted too. They need to be quick to react at treaty and trade negotiations, discussions on immigration and, humanitarian programs, while also promoting diplomacy and stronger international ties.
