Letran sweeps season for second straight NCAA crown

Colegio de San Juan de Letran blanked Mapua University in their National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Season 97 men's basketball best-of-three finals, 2-0, after a 75-65 victory in Game Two at the Filoil Flying V Center on Sunday.

This is the second straight title for the Knights, their first back-to-back championships in 22 years. Letran also became the first team to go undefeated at 12-0 in the entire season since San Beda swept the league at 16-0 in 2010.
