NO LESS THAN 100 school-in-a-bag kits worth more than P10.4 million ($208,000) will be distributed to schools and learning centers in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to enhance the educational reach to remote areas, according to the United States Agency for International Development's (USAid).

According to the US Embassy in the Philippines, this is part of the ongoing commitment of the US to strengthen early grade reading, with the USAid collaborating with Smart Communications and Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP).
