MINIMUM wage earners and domestic helpers in three regions of the country will soon receive wage increases after the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) approved over the week the recommendations of their respective Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPBs).
The NWPC, an attached agency of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE), in its meeting over the week reviewed and affirmed the wage orders issued by the RTWPBs of Regions 2 (Cagayan Valley), Region 4B (Mimaropa) and Region 12 (Soccsksargen).
