Duterte assures PHLPost personnel of promotions

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte assured personnel of the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) they will get their long overdue promotion before he steps down from office.

Speaking at the launching of the Digital Innovation and Modernization of the PHLPost in Manila on Thursday, the Chief Executive said he has discussed the matter with the Postmaster General and CEO Norman Fulgencio.
