(UPDATE) THREE Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agents and four members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) face charges in connection with the botched entrapment operation at a mall in Quezon City in February last year that resulted in the death of several operatives.
In a resolution dated May 2, 2022 and released to the media just recently, a Department of Justice (DoJ) panel of prosecutors approved the filing of homicide charges against PDEA agents Khee Maricar Rodas, Jeffrey Baguidudol and Jelou Satiniaman.
