ANDREI Jan Montalban, one of 35 graduates of the Cavite State University-College of Engineering and Information Technology (CvSU-CEIT) who took the May 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), landed in top 5. He obtained 92.65 percent, according to CvSU-CEIT Dean David Cero.
