TABUK CITY, Kalinga: Governor-elect James Edubba pledged to provide better basic services and improved implementation of infrastructure projects to contribute to the overall efforts to sustain the province's growth and development.
Edubba, who was recently proclaimed by the provincial board of canvassers after beating incumbent Gov. Ferdinand Tubban, avenged his loss in the May 2019 elections when he lost by only 10 votes.
