Duterte names new SC justice

COURT of Appeals Justice Filomena Singh has been named as new associate justice of the Supreme Court, Malacañang confirmed on Wednesday.

In a text message to The Manila Times, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said President Rodrigo Duterte has signed Singh's appointment paper.
