Foreign investment pledges down 54%

FOREIGN investment (FI) pledges approved in the first quarter of the year fell by 54.1 percent, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said.

In a report on Tuesday, the PSA said investment pledges during the period reached P8.98 billion, down from the P19.55 billion in the same period last year.
