SEC approves North Star Meat IPO

THE Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday cleared the P4.5-billion initial public offering (IPO) of meat vendor and supplier North Star Meat Merchants Inc.

The commission said it has resolved to render effective the registration statement of the company on May 17, 2022.
