PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria 'Joey' Concepcion 3rd on Monday appealed to the Health Technology Assessment Council (HTAC) to adopt and apply the guidelines set in place by the United States' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on administering the second booster shot against the coronavirus disease.

He said that this will greatly address concerns on the expiration of millions of Covid-19 jabs in the country's stockpile, speed up booster uptake and head off possible surges in infection that could come with the entry of new variants of the virus.
