Magnitude 5.1 quake shakes Cagayan

A magnitude 5.1 earthquake hit Cagayan Tuesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

Phivolcs chief Renato Solidum Jr. said that the quake occurred at 4:42 p.m. The epicenter was 31 kilometers southeast of Dalupiri Island in Calayan.
