PLM, UDM students warned vs joining protest rallies

(UPDATED) MANILA Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso has barred students of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Universidad de Manila from using the buildings and facilities of the two city-run universities for political or post-election-related activities.

The mayor warned students against joining protest rallies or mass actions being planned 'by a few individuals.'
