Indonesia imposes more food origin requirements

AS Indonesia increases traceability of fresh food of plant origin (FFPO) exported to its territory, Filipino exporters are recommended to work closely with their importers to guarantee compliance with the new requirement.

The Indonesia Agricultural Quarantine Agency announced further FFPO requirements under its prior notice system, which went into effect on May 10 this year, the Department of Trade and Industry-Export Marketing Bureau (DTI-EMB) underscored in a statement.
