PH Air Force plane runs aground at Laoag Airport

A PHILIPPINE Air Force plane ran aground as it landed at the Laoag Airport on Friday morning.

PAF Spokesman, Col. Maynard Mariano said all five crew on board the plane were safe and unharmed.
