Martinez gets 2nd term as Valenzuela 2nd district rep

(UPDATED) ERIC Martinez secured a second term as representative of the second district of Valenzuela City to the House of Representatives by beating Magtanggol Gunigundo, a former representative of the same district.

'Many thanks to all of you. Rest assured that I will continue serving you effectively,' Martinez said in Filipino during the proclamation of his victory on Tuesday.
