PNP checking on viral video of ballot tearing

THE Philippine National Police (PNP) said they had coordinated with the Anti-Cybercrime Group over investigations into a viral video circulating online inside a classroom in Cotabato City on election day, May 9.

The video purportedly shows policemen ripping apart shaded ballots.
