CHINESE Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian said he is certain that under the next administration the bilateral relations between Beijing and Manila will "become stronger."
In a statement on Thursday, Huang congratulated presumptive president former senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos and presumptive vice president Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.
