68:32 ratio 'not evidence of fraud'

(UPDATED) THE University of the Philippines (UP) School of Statistics said the 68:32 ratio trend in the transmitted votes for presumptive president Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. and presumptive vice president Sara 'Inday' Duterte-Carpio reflected in the Commission on Elections' Transparency Server is not evidence of election fraud.
