Rosal overthrows Bichara in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY: Legazpi City Mayor Noel Rosal has defeated Al Francis Bichara, who has been the provincial governor of Albay for the longest time.

Rosal won a big margin of votes in the history of the gubernatorial race in Albay province where he got 469,334 votes against Bichara with 238,416 votes based on the partial unofficial results of the Comelec covering 99.93 percent election results on Tuesday, May 10.
