THE Commission on Elections (Comelec) has proclaimed the new mayor of Malabon City — Jeannie Sandoval of Team Kakampi.
Based on the final results, the former vice mayor obtained 94,826 votes. Her rival, Councilor Lorenzo "Enzo" Oreta, got 93,547 votes.
