FRANKFURT, Germany: German chemicals giant Bayer reported on Tuesday a sizable increase in its net income as prices for its agricultural products rose.
The company saw its net profit grow to 3.3 billion euros ($3.5 billion) in the first three months of 2022 from 2.1 billion euros in the same period last year.
