SEMIRARA Mining and Power Corp. (SMPC) reported a net income of P15.03 billion in the first quarter of 2022, a surge of 552 percent from P2.31 billion in the same period last year.
In a disclosure to the local bourse, the Consunji family-controlled company said the group's net income for the first three months translated to an earnings per share of P3.54 and a quarterly return on equity of 30 percent.
