Sotto concedes to Duterte-Carpio
SENATE President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto 3rd on Tuesday conceded to his rival for the vice presidency, Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio.
The senator issued a statement acknowledging his defeat in this year's vice presidential race.
