Robin leads race to Senate

(UPDATE) ACTOR Robin Padilla and five other Senate candidates under the tandem of presidential frontrunner Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. and his running mate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio are so far leading in the partial and unofficial count for the Senate race.

With 97.74 percent of ballots processed, Padilla secured 26,302,338 votes and was way ahead of three-term senator and incumbent House Deputy Speaker Loren Legarda, who got 23,877,658 votes.
