Pacquiao mum on Comelec unofficial tally

SEN. Emmanuel 'Manny' Pacquiao rested today, Tuesday after a very long campaign and canvassing monitoring.

Reached for comment in the ongoing partial and unofficial count by the Commission on Elections (Comelec), Pacquiao instead thanked the media for their help.
