Fernando, Castro win in Bulacan

(UPDATED) BULACAN Gov. Daniel Fernando of the National Unity Party retained his post as he defeated Vice Gov. Willy Alvarado of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan at the election on Monday.

Fernando's running mate, Alex Castro, also prevailed as the new vice governor of the province.
