Father, son proclaimed winners in Caloocan mayoral, congressional race

OUTGOING Caloocan City Mayor Oscar 'Oca' Malapitan and son, Rep. Dale Gonzalo 'Along' Malapitan, have been proclaimed as duly-elected congressman (District 1) and mayor, respectively, in the just-concluded May 9 polls.

The Malapitans expressed their gratitude for the full support from the residents.
