Ex-Muntinlupa representative Ruffy Biazon proclaimed mayor

FORMER Muntinlupa representative Ruffy Biazon was proclaimed the winner of the mayoral race by the local Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday.

Biazon garnered 180,742 votes against his rival Red Mariñas' 60, 434.
