MAYOR Imelda "Emi" Calixto-Rubiano is set to reclaim the top government post in Pasay City with a commanding lead over her closest political rival in the 2022 elections.
As of Tuesday 7:02 a.m., Mayor Calixto has garnered a total of 141,382 votes from 438 of 458 clustered precincts in Pasay or 95.63 percent of the total Election Returns tabulated.
