LAS Piñas Mayor Imelda "Mel" Aguilar won a second term as mayor following her proclamation by the city's Commission of Election (Comelec).
In a statement on Tuesday afternoon, Paul San Miguel, Public Information officer, said that Aguilar garnered 108,644 votes.
